Can I return my in-store purchase online?
No, any items purchased at a ShyDesigns store must be returned to the store. If its an online purchase please send us a message with the bubble on the bottom right of your page.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 30 days from purchase date for store credit ONLY. However we do not do refunds or exchange of items for Custom Orders unless something is wrong with the manufacturing of the item. All tumblers and earrings are final sales.
What do I do if I have defective product that I purchased in a store?
At ShyDesigns, our business is built around a tradition of quality and commitment to service. To us, there is nothing more important than your satisfaction. If you have a defective product, please return the merchandise you purchased to our store or contact us for an exchange due to a quality issue.
